Rebecca LaFleur, MA, LPC, ACS, NCC Founder/Director My name is Rebecca LaFleur and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of post graduate experience. During that time, I have worked extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma. Trauma can have a number of manifestations and I have worked with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and even anger management issues. In my many years of practice, I have learned that there is no one way to help everyone. I will utilize the best techniques to help you as an individual. I have training in both cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, and am continuously expanding my therapeutic toolbox. It is truly my pleasure to help you on your journey. I earned by Bachelor’s Degree from Rowan University and have close to 20 years experience working with clients in mental health services. As practice manager, I oversee business operations, billing, and patient relations. I am committed to making sure each client has a positive experience at Full Bloom Counseling and hope to make the process of accessing services as easy as possible. As a life-long resident of Salem County, I am excited to continue to serve the needs of this community. Laura Bialek, MA, EdS, LPC Counselor Laura graduated from Syracuse University in 2011 with a BS in Selected Studies in Education and Sociology and later attended Seton Hall University from 2016-2019, earning her MA in School Counseling and Ed.S in Professional Counseling. Laura has been practicing for 3 years and is very excited to be a part of the Full Bloom Counseling LLC team and is looking forward to working with you on your therapeutic journey together.
