I believe everyone deserves to feel a sense of acceptance and belonging. I work hard to build meaningful connections with my clients to help promote change. Good therapy should feel trusting and collaborative. With the trust of our therapeutic relationship, my clients learn coping strategies to feel less discomfort, and more happiness and confidence. I use a strength-based approach to help adults, couples, adolescents, and families better understand themselves and one another. I help my clients strengthen their self-awareness and advocate for their inner wants and needs in an effort to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
