Meghan is a Licensed Therapist who is a strenghts-based, trauma-informed clinician and expert in walking people through life's challenges with grace and dignity. Meghan has experience working with a variety of people including those who experience: T/trauma, anxiety, depression, older adults, those facing life-limiting illness, grief and bereavement, neurodivergent children 5+ with special learning abilities, parenting and family relationships.
