Introduction

My name is Meghan Birch. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a fellow traveler in this journey of healing and growth. I am both humbled and inspired by the opportunity to walk with people through their most challenging life situations. I approach counseling from a nonjudgemental, curious perspective. My goal is to help clients make sense of their story and gain practical tools for dealing with life's stressors. I have experience working with individuals, families, children and adolescents. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, self harm, social skills deficits, and existential exploration. The therapeutic relationship is a powerful and essential part of the healing process. I offer free consultations to give space for questions and check for fit before entering this unique and transformative process. Qualifications: B.S. Georgia Institute of Technology, 2009 M.Ed.
