Introduction

Grab a cup of coffee and let’s chat. Are you ready to change your life? I mean really ready to feel different, think different, and act different. If the old way isn’t working then it’s time to be different. Are you stuck in a rut with no way out? Lucky for you I specialize in ruts! Let’s look at the different ways I can help you. For Parents of challenging children, I have coaching offerings to help you change the dynamics in your house from purgatory to peace. For Single women, I have a therapy program that allows you to explore you past and change your future relationships. This program is designed to take you from settling for less to knowing you deserve (and getting) the best. For Individuals dealing with not feeling like they are reaching their highest potential and are stuck in the aforementioned rut, I have individual therapy that can help you leave the rut behind and reach towards progress. This type of therapy is ideal for individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, individuals transitioning to different stages in their lives, individuals wanting to learn more independence, and individuals who are wanting to lean into their authenticity and “find themselves”. I approach therapy as a collaboration. I am the expert on psychology but you are the expert on you and we will work together to find your best path towards the life you want. I use cognitive behavioral techniques, behavior modification, and solution focused theories in sessions. Your therapy will include outside of session work from you and a whole heap of introspection, honesty and vulnerability. If you are ready, I mean really ready, Lets take this leap together. I know change can be scary so I'll be beside you the whole way.
