I am a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW), currently under supervision of Alicia Saucedo, LSCSW, RPT-S, pursuing clinical licensure. I received my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Washburn University. I recieved my Certificate in Play Therapy from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and I am also under supervision for licensure in play therapy. I have worked in various public service contexts, including special education, community mental health, and early childhood mental health. I also have experience working with individuals in a multitude of areas including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, and other life stressors. I utilize cognitive behavioral, strengths based and play based approaches when working with individuals. I am passionate about building healthy relationships with individuals struggling with emotional or behavioral concerns, and their families, to help build resilience, community, and support systems
