For as long as you can remember, you have felt like you aren’t good enough. You often compare yourself to others and feel inadequate in your personal and professional relationships. You make yourself small in fear of being rejected and constantly overthink every decision or social interaction. Your anxiety holds you back from living the life you want to live and ultimately leads to losing your sense of identity. You feel lonely and lost. You want to feel more confident and have a quiet inner critic. You want to take up space with your thoughts and feelings, no matter what others think of you. You want to learn who you are and how you like to express yourself. You want to accept all facets of yourself and learn how to work with your anxiety instead of your anxiety calling the shots in your life. If this sounds like you, I can help you get there. Personally and professionally, I am committed to anti-racism work, ending discrimination of the LGBTQIA+ community and dismantling systems of oppression. I am committed to uncovering my own biases and deconstructing harmful societal norms. I strive to cultivate an inclusive environment in the therapy space so that folks of all identities feel safe and affirmed. I consider it an honor and privilege to work with folks and walk alongside them in their healing journey. Feeling your feelings is brave work!
