I incorporate empathy, respect, authenticity and humor into my clinical interactions in order to provide a safe, warm and nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel accepted and welcome. I became a therapist because I truly believe in the importance of self-discovery and growth and I enjoy collaboratively working with clients to support, encourage, and acquire skills to better manage and understand their stressors, allowing them to feel more empowered and in control of their life. I believe that each individual possesses their own strengths, uniqueness, and story. I enjoy incorporating all of these attributes into our work together, allowing us to build a strong and trusting relationship that will guide us through the therapeutic process. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and have completed an Integrated Evidence-Based Behavioral Health Care Training Program specializing in adolescents to adults.
