Introduction

I am a trauma informed attachment-based therapist committed to supporting teens and adults struggling with self-acceptance, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a MSW from Arizona State University, and have training in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EFIT. I have experience working with a diverse set of populations, such as perinatal and post-partum moms, military veterans, active-duty members, and high stress career fields. My approach to therapy is focused on understanding my client and their attachment and working with them to heal and correct unhelpful patterns of coping and shame.
