I’m a maternal mental health specialist committed to helping women learn how to embrace motherhood and return to themselves with love and compassion. My work focuses on reducing overwhelm, fear, anxiety, and depression so mothers' can enjoy this important role, while not losing themselves in the process. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I offer individual sessions, as well as couples sessions.
