Often we are struggling and are unsure of why or what we can do about it. This can lead us to feel hopeless and helpless and often sets us up for additional worry and sadness. Assessment is a tool used to identify the cause of such struggles as well as your unique strengths that can support positive change. I have expertise in various forms of assessment and therapy, and I work to create a personalized treatment fit. I am trained in interpersonal, CBT, CBT-I, ACT, DBT, Biofeedback, Motivational Interviewing, the Gottman Method, and Trauma-informed therapies. I offer psychological and neuropsychological services in addition to therapy. I specialize in collaborative treatment that values the wisdom and knowledge that my clients already possess to harness their strengths for increased wellness and wellbeing.
