Early in her career, she trained with the U.S. Army and Air Force in Germany, gaining invaluable experience assisting active-duty members and their families through combat stress, trauma, deployments, and the many challenges of military and first responder life. Creating a warm, welcoming space for clients is central to her work, where they can truly be themselves. Together, they explore the clients experiences and identify the tools that will support their healing journey. Sessions are customized to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
