Megan is a Licensed Social worker who works with individuals ages 10 and up. She is passionate about making mental health care accessible to anyone with different abilities as well as their caregivers. Megan has experience with a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, stress, depression, compassion fatigue, aging, life transitions, anger, women’s issues and coping skills. Megan utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to meet the unique needs of each client. Megan focuses on creating an accepting, comfortable and accommodating environment to build on all strengths and meet individual goals.
