I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I have completed certification training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga, and I am certified to administer the Safe and Sound Protocol. Additionally, I offer several empirically-supported modalities including Somatic-Focused techniques, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
