Megan holds an MS in Counseling Psychology from CLU, with a specialization in trauma-informed care. While at CLU, she worked as a research assistant, studying perinatal mood disorders and traumatic birth experiences. Megan has personal and professional experience in the realm of parenthood, and the challenges that can accompany family growth, including post-partum anxiety and depression. Megan has also run groups for chronic pain/illness management, mindfulness, grief and loss, DBT skills, expressive writing, and trauma processing.
