I am not afraid to admit I was wrong and am always welcoming of any and all feedback. My passion for therapy stems from my own experience with counselors and how they have helped me process trauma, navigate depression, overcome my eating disorder, and understand my anxiety. I want to utilize my first-hand experience to help my clients heal from their own struggles.
