Introduction

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State with 5 years experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Master in Science in Experimental Psychology from Central Washington University. My pronouns are she/they. Most recently, I have been working with clients who have challenges relating to Autism, Schizophrenia, or with personality disorders, in addition to helping those who are struggling with depression and/or anxiety. I also have experience working with people in the perinatal population. My therapy style tends to be straight forward and honest. I utilize a client-centered approach, prioritizing what you want to work on and how you view successful counseling. I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but acknowledge that this approach does not work for everyone. I am also versed in solution-focused and narrative approaches.
