Introduction

I am a mental health counselor who provides therapy services to clients as they choose to become healthier versions of the humans they are. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including PTSD, depression, anxiety, psychosis, & family/relationship difficulties. I enjoy the complexities that humans offer and the way that emotions can be uncovered through processing together in a safe space. My practice is all inclusive and my deepest hope is for everyone who enters to feel safe and welcomed in my presence.
