Introduction

My areas of speciality include stress and anxiety, managing ADHD, burn-out, and high-stress careers. I work with people around their interpersonal relationships and their relationship with themselves, with realistic understanding of the demands of the modern world. I work well with clients who might not "like therapy" generally, and still recognize they might benefit from talking to someone. I also work with men looking to change relationship and emotional patterns, and have extensive experience with professionals and professional students. I offer mindful and evidence-based approaches to dealing with stress at home and in the work place, provide discreet services to professionals, physicians, and attorneys, and work closely with clients to unpack and resolve long patterns of relational distress and challenges in executive functioning. I provide trauma-informed therapy with an interpersonal lens. If you recognize your happiness, satisfaction, and functioning decreasing, reaching out for help can be daunting. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental, and shame-free space that is adapted to your needs and style.
