I work with women experiencing stress, anxiety, body image issues, low self-esteem, and symptoms of depression. I also work with women interested in exploring their intuition + spirituality. I integrate both clinical and holistic types of therapy to help you develop self-awareness, feel genuinely understood, and generate wellness. I utilize Inner-Child Work to access self-discovery and self-compassion. I am a certified yoga teacher and yoga informed therapist who mindfully speaks to the mind/body connection and can incorporate body movement into sessions. I promote Health at Every Size® (HAES), a health-centered model that accepts and respects the diversity of body shapes and sizes, which allows us to explore body positivity. I can also offer guidance on creating coping skills and coping plans to better manage life stressors. As your therapist, my goal is to help you lessen irrational thinking patterns and self-defeating behaviors so you can get to a place of self-acceptance.
