Megan has provided individual, couples, group, family, substance use intensive outpatient group therapy, and harm reduction group therapy; treating adults experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders. My mission is to provide clients with a space that they can feel safe to be totally authentic. I believe that curiosity and compassion have the power to change our world, and you’ll see that integrated in my style of therapy. My approach to treatment is to expand your window of tolerance and trust yourself to handle the complexities of life.
