Almost all of us have had adverse experiences or trauma in our lives that shape how we live and interact with others. Regardless of your trauma or experiences, as a trauma-trained therapist I will help guide you through healing. I will not pretend to know more about your life than you. I will not judge you for who you are. I will not determine what healing means for you. I will not be a gatekeeper to accessing the resources you need. Although your reasons for seeking therapy are serious, my goal is for you to feel comfortable and at ease during sessions. I primarily use EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT and Play Therapy in sessions. However, most importantly is that I can provide an ear and validation. Please reach out to me and we can set up a time to talk about potential goals and needs in therapy.
