Disconnected? Disempowered? Unmoved by the breath of life? Well, first off, IT’S OKAY. You are not alone. Moving through pain or an uncomfortable experience within our lives can be debilitating and disheartening. We may be told that the human experience is suffering, but does it really have to be? I believe in counseling as a collaborative, supportive process where we will navigate in how you can begin to become your most authentic self. I focus on creating a deep connection with our emotions because our emotions are our gateway to the non-physical, they are information! Many of us have been shut down from our emotions and feelings for many different reasons, and it can feel overwhelming and/or scary to get in touch with this emotional center. Each client is unique, and I tailor my approach based on your individualized needs or wants from therapy. Reconnecting and remembering is an integral part of the healing process. While integrating helpful tools and interventions, I hope to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your most vulnerable and authentic self that may inspire you to reconnect with the most important part of existence, yourself.
