Introduction

I'm a child and teen therapist specializing in working with those with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent. I've always been passionate about working with minority and vulnerable populations. I believe in taking an affirmative, collaborative, and integrative approach to helping clients make the changes they want to make in their unique lives. I'm also a mom of two vivacious kids and a cat, in a loving marriage, and I enjoy good food and drinks, art/design/fashion, listening to music (especially indie folk), being near water and trees, traveling, reading, running, laughing, and spending time with my family and friends.
