Introduction

Wherever you are in your healing journey, it takes bravery to make the choice to show up for yourself and I am so happy you are here! My practice is focused around kindness, compassion and inclusion; ensuring that all you bring to the table is valued and embraced. In the therapeutic relationship I look to create an open-minded, empathetic space focused around self-reflection and self-understanding. My approach is holistic in nature and relationship-focused, addressing the importance of environmental and systemic factors while honoring your story and experiences. Together, we can celebrate the joy and share in the challenges, while exploring what feels empowering and good for you. Therapy is a process that can shift mindsets and change lives. I am passionate about creating the space to help people understand their past, enjoy being in the present and look forward to the future.
