She earned her Bachelors of Education from Texas A&M in 2005 and her Masters of Counseling in 2009 and is currently on the journey of obtaining her full LPC license. She has a true passion for helping others feel comfortable in their own skin and creating a safe space in which they are able to truly dive in and explore areas that are causing stress or difficulty. She is ready to meet all clients where they are at to walk beside them every step of the way to help develop goals, coping strategies and ability to achieve happier, more fulfilling lives. Operating from a combination of person centered and CBT therapy, she is eager to work with youth, adolescents, adults and couples. In her free time she can be found attending one of her daughter’s many sporting events or reading a good book!
