Introduction

Reaching out to a therapist can be a difficult decision. Thank you for taking a chance on us at Berry Family Psychotherapy, LLC, and we hope you find what (or in this case, who) you are looking for! Lewis and Megan Berry are a couple of licensed mental health professionals looking to help you navigate whatever challenges you are currently facing. Lewis, an LMFT, and Megan, an LPC, have experience working with pre-teens, teens and their families, as well as adults, with a wide range of clinical needs. Both Lewis and Megan use an approach that integrates person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed lenses while working with their clients. Our goal is to make sure you feel heard and understood in the process, and we strive to do what we can to accomplish this. We believe that each person is unique, so then, there is not one set method or approach that we use because that may not be the right fit for you at that specific moment in time. With that belief in mind, maybe that means using non-traditional approaches like incorporating play, art, music, or other personal interests into the therapy process; maybe it is creating the space to be vulnerable and just be yourself, or maybe it is just talking and processing everything that is happening and trying to make sense of it all. The experience in therapy is co-created when we work together, and that is where the opportunity for change, progress, and growth emerges. With a unique blend of compassion, experience, perspective and personality, Lewis and Megan look forward to working with and getting to know you, wherever you currently are on your journey through life. Whatever you decide, we hope you find someone with whom you can build a connection and continue working towards your goals.
