I am a trauma informed therapist. I am trained in EMDR through EMDRIA, and Complex Trauma training level 1 and 2. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals on a crisis level, and I learned the importance of holistic care for effective treatment. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, LGBTQ+, geriatric, Military and first responders. I have experience working with a multitude of diagnoses from depression, anxiety, trauma to personality disorders and altered reality. As you see, I have a wide range of experience, but I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to manage stress, increasing better habits, create clearer thought processes and overall increase in motivation and happiness.
