Introduction

I believe in the process of healing and the many forms that can take for us. The therapeutic relationship is a unique and special one that can foster creativity and growth in and out of session. I get excited in helping people find connection in their lives, whether that be with themselves, their partners, nature, spiritual practices, creative expression and beyond. I celebrate and value the different experiences and world views my clients come with and desire to create safety through our relationship. I work from a Nonviolent Communication & Relational Cultural model.
