Introduction

Finding a queer affirming therapist can sometimes feel impossible, but I specialize in working with people within the queer community. Are you struggling with finding a therapist that is queer affirming or are you feeling like you have to educate your therapist about the distinct experiences you have as a queer identified person? Have you been unable to find someone that specializes in working with trans spectrum clients? I dedicate my practice to primarily serving folx in the queer community and specifically trans clients. My approach focuses on person-centered and holistic therapy practices. I am comfortable using skills and theories from various therapy methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe in working together and creating healthy challenges to meet your goals. A queer affirming space that offers support, guidance, and understanding. Counseling for clients with difficulties in navigating traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and open relationships.
