Shalanda’s House, Inc., Counseling & Resource Services (Shalanda’s House) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that plays a critical role in addressing the mental health needs of Lake County, Florida residents. Founded in May 2023, our organization is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive support to individuals facing stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Named after Shalanda Montgomery, a beloved local resident known for her dedication to helping others, our organization continues her legacy of compassion and service. With a focus on empowering individuals to improve their quality of life, we offer a range of services including counseling, outreach, and educational programs.
