I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience. I’ve practiced in a variety of settings, including crisis hotlines, domestic violence and sexual assault counseling agencies, inpatient psychiatric treatment centers, hospitals, and outpatient medical clinics. For the last 14 years, I worked in a Portland high-risk obstetric clinic, providing support to patients and their families during medically-complicated pregnancies. I also have experience working in a midwifery clinic. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist (PMH-C) with extensive clinical training and experience helping people with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, miscarriage and infant loss, infertility, pregnancy termination, and adoption. I have a special interest in working with women across the lifespan. I use warmth, compassion, collaboration, and humor in my work with clients. I am honored to walk alongside you as you process difficult life experiences, find your voice, cultivate self-compassion and resilience, and learn new skills to thrive.
