Introduction

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate and a graduate of both Capella University and Lindsey Wilson College. My therapeutic approach is nurturing, collaborative, and trauma informed. I work with children (ages 2 and up), teens, adults, couples, and families that are experiencing difficulties related to self-regulation, relationship stress, emotional expression, and adjustment to life transitions. With additional training as a Certified AutPlay Therapist, I have expertise in treating children who struggle with managing big feelings, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other neurodivergence. As a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I enjoy working with parents looking to add new parenting tools to their toolkit.
