I have been in the mental health and medical field for the past 15 years. I gained an interest in metaphysical energy work during my own personal health journey. I have learned techniques that allow me to combine my understanding of energy work with traditional talk therapy as a way to effectively treat the whole mind, body and spirit. My goal is to walk along side people as a partner in their health and wellness journey as they work toward healing and wholeness.
