My work focuses on you and your mental health goals in a judgement free, trauma-informed, safe and confidential environment. I will work with you to identify your strengths, and areas of improvement to help you improve your quality of life! I will work alongside you and push you outside your comfort zone just enough to get you to that sweet spot where change really happens! Let's face it, life is hard. Let's work together to help improve your mental health, so that you can live a more fulfilling life. I love working with individuals one on one as well as in a skills group setting.
