*NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people identify and accomplish their goals to achieve a mindful, balanced life. My life purpose of helping others was confirmed after personal struggles with anxiety and depression as a teen. I knew I wanted to help others who are committed to overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, judgement-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to become their ideal self. I use a mixed-methods approach to personalize treatment to the needs of each client. Therapeutic modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I assist clients in examining the connection between how their thoughts and feelings directly impact behaviors. I have special interest in teaching mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation, self-compassion, grounding techniques, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
