Introduction

Hi! I am so glad you are here! As a prospective client, you should know that I feel that it is an honor to be a part of your healing journey, in whatever form. I know that life can be challenging and I am not here to judge or guide you but rather walk alongside you and help bring light to the parts that we struggle to process. I want to work towards building trust and mutual respect. I feel that it is important that the client is able to feel empowered when in the therapeutic space. Clients can expect to take away a greater sense of self and an understanding that they are not alone in what they are navigating while in sessions with me. My process in working with clients is client lead. Essentially, I do my best to accommodate and meet the needs of each individual client I work with. Some clients need more questions and engagement while other clients need a quiet space to feel. I try my best to create a therapeutic space that allows for a variety of ways to experience therapy. I want you to come and show up as you are. There is no perfect way to be in therapy and I welcome the needs of others in my work.
