Counseling (WA) Hi, I’m Meagan. I offer mindfulness-based counseling in Washington State. In session this means we focus on the here and now -- a gentle journey of self-awareness and self-discovery. I’m passionate about helping you find personal freedom, inner peace, empowerment, self-trust, and a life lived in choice. I incorporate art and drawing practices into sessions, as called. My practice is grounded in Buddhist philosophy, and I may pull from a variety of mindfulness-based modalities throughout a session. I believe the therapeutic relationship is most important. I’m dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are, and from that place we work together guided by your inner wisdom. Mindfulness Coaching (International) Different from counseling, this option is for those deeply curious about living life from a mindful place, as a way of being in the world. Guided by Zen Buddhist principles, you'll be supported in developing a relationship with mindfulness that is unique to your life experience and personal goals. Deep Dive Coaching Intensives (International) Deep Dives are a unique process developed over the past 15 years. They begin as a half-day experience, followed-up by periodic check-in sessions, designed for those who feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed -- unable to navigate or take action in their life. Honoring your intuitive guidance, we journey through your inner landscape and externalize the blocks and energetic tangles through a drawing and interviewing process. Results include full body relief, energetic clarity, and purposeful direction. You'll receive a series of personalized drawings designed to shift internal patterns no longer serving you, and a sequential action item list to get you unstuck and into motion.
