As your therapist, I will work alongside you and take a collaborative approach to identify the steps necessary to achieving your desired outcomes. My goal is to create a compassionate, authentic, and comfortable environment for my clients to explore their current circumstances and build the life they want to live. I provide services to adults coping with anxiety, depression, grief issues, addiction, relationship issues, trauma, self esteem issues, or general life stressors and transitions. I am passionate about empowering individuals and fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes growth and healing. You do not have to struggle alone. I would be honored to serve as a resource in your journey to better cope with life stressors and grow and heal as a person.
