Introduction

I am an eclectic and non-conventional psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in mental health. I incorporate ancient healing techniques in a mind-body approach. Mayya Wellness Institute is a boutique psychotherapy practice created to cater to clients who enjoy specialized and highly qualitative results. I take my time working with each client diligently. My mission is to remove the stigma of the disease model. I do not treat my clients like they are sick. I treat the nervous system. You see the symptoms. I see and treat the root of the problem. I am trained in several modalities rather than just one. One of the strongest being EMDR therapy. I specialize in neurohacking and creating a more optimal version of your thought process. I am a generalist which means I work with people of all ages. This has helped me develop a keen sense of the human condition and the challenges we face throughout the lifespan. I prioritize creating an accepting and non-judgmental space where you can safely seek your truth and release shame, guilt and anger. Our client therapist relationship is built on safety, trust, and authenticity.
