Introduction

Life happens, and not uncommonly, changes and transitions tend to come hand-in-hand with it. A vast portion of my approach, includes my passion of creating a safe, holding environment to allow room for the process of change to emerge -- influencing clients, couples, families in finding the most suitable resolutions to their presenting concerns. My mission is to offer unconditional positive regard with the aim for clients to bring more self-acceptance, compassion, confidence, better problem-solving skills, and effective resolutions to their worries and concerns. I believe it can restore and enhanced an overall sense of wellbeing and internal balance, making life’s circumstances feel less challenging to navigate, and allowing room for empowerment, happiness, and joy to make their presence in the clients’ lives.
