Hello! I work with adults and adolescents using a combination of CBT and ACT, two forms of therapy that research has shown are very effective for creating lasting change. Despite my foundations in cognitive behavioral therapy, I do not ascribe to a “one size fits all” method of psychotherapy. I use my training in various therapeutic modalities including feminist therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and interpersonal therapy to find the best approach to help you with your concerns. Many people I have worked with have found it helpful to examine the reasons behind their negative thoughts and emotions, and we will also explore the actions you can take to promote wellness and tranquility.
