Introduction

As a Hispanic/Latina Mental Health Professional working with the Latino/a population, I can understand the importance of the need to get support with a mental health diagnosis. I strongly believe that providing culturally informed and diverse therapy significantly improves symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-harm, and more. My work in mental health has brought me to a variety of environments; where I’ve seen directly the impact supporting mental health has on the quality of life of Latina/o individuals. In my years of practice, I’ve guided clients along the way to gain insights on themselves as Latina/o adapting to the community and thriving. I am a bilingual therapist who seeks to assist in increasing the quality of life of individuals. Serious mental health challenges can significantly interfere with daily activities. Mental health care can be a positive step toward recovery and I can help. I love serving Kids, Teens, and Adults.
