Introduction

At Mayor Mental Health, we off high quality mental health services that are customized to each individual client's needs. We have four therapists, so we cover a wide range of specialities. We can provide weekly 45 minute mental health therapy sessions, either in our Fort Walton Beach office or through a secure video call. Between our four therapists, we have experience and training in the following areas: depression, life changes, managing work stress, parenting challenges, marriage and family counseling, military families, phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, postpartum depression/anxiety, agoraphobia, social anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, pornography and sex addiction, Christian counseling, emotion regulation, children, and teenagers.
