Introduction

I believe in working with the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and minority population to help address the intersectionality that comes with mental health and how it can affect you on a day to day basis. I specialize in a trauma informed approach to address CPTSD and disordered eating, typically addressing ARFID in the Neurodivergent population, gender dysphoria, self esteem issues, religious trauma, sexual trauma, family trauma, transitioning as a transgender individual, coming out to peers, family and coworkers, parent counseling/coaching, and body image.
