I have been a therapist since 1995 and spent much of my career working in acute and long term care settings. Now I am full time in my own private practice. Working with my clients is an honor and I am humbled by the effort they put into understanding themselves, facing fears and pursuing more out of life for themselves. My goal is to help you listen to yourself and sometimes this requires a deep and thoughtful journey of reconnecting with various aspects of yourself (thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, feelings). Most of my clients have experienced periods of anxiety and/ or depression which lead them to begin therapy. Often these symptoms are the results of past trauma, oppression and/ or experiences in childhood. I look forward to helping you unravel the knots of such trying experiences and finding the courage to create a more satisfying life for yourself.
