My work focuses on identifying what is causing you distress in the present, and working together to alleviate this distress so that you can live a better life. I’m passionate about genuine self-care and coping skills that lead to an improved relationship with yourself and with others. I'm interested in the human experience, in how to befriend our darkness as well as our light, and in what makes us thrive.
