Introduction

Sessions with a counselor can offer you time to cope. I have extensive experience working with teens, college students & adults in inpatient, and outpatient settings struggling with trauma, eating/body image issues, stress, adjustment, relationship issues, depression and anxiety as well as unhelpful addictions. I have an interactive, creative and direct approach full of lively metaphors, education and humor as well concrete self calming skills for trauma. Sessions offer a huge array of self care tools including CBT, DBT based education. We work together to sort through stressors and develop healthy strategies. Free 30 minute consultation. I believe you will come away from therapy happier and better able to manage.
