My goal is to collaborate together offering what I know about human behavior and development with what you know about yourself. I do this through psycho-education, skills, and varied modalities, all of which are shared with you in the work, as applicable. I am dedicated to strengthening all types of relationships, respecting spiritual and ethnic diversity, and improving quality of life around issues such as stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment, and communication.
