Utilizing a trauma-informed treatment perspective, I invite my patients into a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Over the past ten years, I have worked with people with issues ranging from mild anxiety and sadness to chronic mental health problems such as major depression, generalized anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. As treatment begins, I initially focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my patients. Furthermore, I have a Post-Master's Certificate in Trauma Studies and have experience working with individuals who have PTSD and other issues related to trauma. Everyone struggles and has difficulties in life; however, we all experience them differently. By putting the focus on one's thoughts and feelings, I am able to offer a person-centered treatment tailored to meet the individual's needs. This approach helps build a foundation of understanding and acceptance that can lead to lasting change and growth.
